The success story of the site is not only driven by its name simplicity & uniqueness. We are actually building these characteristics, professional simplicity & uniqueness, in all other design features of the site.

The idea of the site is to host all major events of international nature taking place in Egypt during its seventh millennium via monthly issues / updates. 

Our first issue is about the world-wide millennium concert “The Twelve Dreams of the Sun” by “Jean-Michel Jarre”, which will take place at the pyramids on the millennium eve. The site visitors will be able to browse through this issue till the end of December 2000. It will be the “current issue” section till the end of January 2000 & will be afterwards transferred to the “previous issues” section

Our site first issue contains all possible news and information about the concert as well as the complete biography of Jean-Michel Jarre. It also includes a links page with a special section to our sponsors. All published materials on our site are authorized by the official Jean-Michel Jarre web sites. It has been also agreed with most of the Jarre related official sites to place a www.egypt2000.com banner on their pages.
